Location Description
The property is located approximately 4 miles east of downtown State College, along Business Route 322, just east of the Village of Boalsburg. Neighborhood boundaries include Route 322 to the north, Route 45 to the west and Jack's Mill Drive to the east.

Boalsburg is a historic Village located approximately 3 miles east of downtown State College. The Village is primarily residential with commercial uses along Main Street, which is lined with shops, bed and breakfasts, and restaurants. Other noteworthy developments in the area include the Boal Mansion, the US Military Museum, and the Tussey Mountain Ski Resort.
